First: Return Policy

The customer can request a product return within 3 days of the date of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

The product must be:

  • In its original condition.
  • Unused, unopened, undamaged.
  • Sealed in the original packaging and as received.

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Herbal or food products, oils, or mixtures that have been opened or used.
  • Products that are affected by storage factors (such as heat or humidity).
  • Products that are customized or made to order by the customer.
  • Discounted products in major campaigns (except in the case of a manufacturing defect).


Second: Replacement Conditions

The product can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt only in the following cases:


Replacement cases:

  • The product arrived damaged.
  • A product different from what was ordered arrived.
  • There is a clear manufacturing defect.

Replacement conditions:

  • A request must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt in case of damage.
  • Attach clear photos of the product from all sides.
  • Return the product in its original packaging.


Third: Shipping and return fees

  • The customer bears the shipping cost when requesting a return or exchange (if there is no error on the part of the store).
  • If the error is from the store (different/damaged product), the store will bear the full shipping and return fees .
  • Shipping fees paid for original orders are non-refundable.


Fourth: Refund period

After we receive and inspect the product within 2-5 business days :

  • The amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-14 business days depending on the bank or payment method.


Fifth: Unreceived Orders

If the order is not received or the delivery company does not respond:

  • The shipment is returned to the store.
  • The customer bears the shipping and return fees.
  • It can be recharged after the fees are paid again.


Sixth: Mechanism for requesting a return or exchange

To submit your request, please provide us with the following:

  1. order number
  2. Customer name
  3. Mobile number
  4. Reason for return or exchange
  5. Product images (in case of damage or error)
